We are here for future generations.

Vision
We live in a world where soil has a lot to endure. From drought to flooding, from petrification to impoverishment and from pollution to traffic. We respond to developments in which the living environment becomes more liveable again.

Mission
As a family company, we want to ensure that several generations after us can live and work comfortably and safely, eat sufficient and healthy food and relax in their living environment. Our aim is therefore to pass on the living environment to the next generation in a more sustainable way. We do this by making soil healthy, fertile and liveable.

The third generation

The seven third-generation cousins are currently at the helm of Den Ouden. They are everywhere in the company. And that is just as well, because that is exactly what brings the personal family feeling into the corporate culture. We introduce them to you.

M.A.G. (Marcel) den Ouden (05-07-1974)
Marcel has worked in the family business since 1992. “Currently, I work within all divisions of the organisation. I can be deployed anywhere”. At Organic, in the factory of Den Ouden GrowSolutions.
It doesn’t matter to me, as long as it’s for Den Ouden and as long as I can work with passion.”

R.M.H.F. (Rob) den Ouden (31-10-1975)
Rob is Sales Director of Den Ouden GrowSolutions division, where he is ultimately responsible for global sales of organic fertilisers, biostimulants, fungi and potting soils. “As a result, I’m on the road a lot.” Rob has worked at Den Ouden since 1999.

M.H.E.M.(Tijn) den Ouden (01-07-1977)
Tijn, named after founder grandfather Tein den Ouden, has worked at Den Ouden since 1994. Tijn works mainly in the Organic division as a jump operator. “We are busy every day producing products that contribute to a sustainable living environment,” he says.

H.W.A.M. (Harm) den Ouden (22-07-1979)
Harm den Ouden has been with the family company since 2004. As Director of Infra, Bodac and Equipment, he is ultimately responsible for these business units. “I am proud to work within our company and also proud of the commitment of all family members, our employees and regular partners with whom we do it all together.”

W.W.M.M. (William) den Ouden (10-04-1980)
“Since 2001, I have been working in the company as an all-round employee.” William works in all divisions and jumps in where necessary. “The great thing about the family business is the cooperation with the cousins in a growing and broad company. Always go for the best for your customers and the company and work with pleasure.”

J.A.P.F.M. (Jeroen) den Ouden (08-01-1987)
Jeroen den Ouden has worked at Den Ouden since 2014. As CEO, he is ultimately responsible for the overall management of the company. “Over the past few years, I have worked at various divisions within
our company. During this period, I got to know many colleagues, during which I noticed that everyone is full of passion and experience working for our company.”

P.P.J. (Paul) den Ouden (12-06-1988)
Paul has been with the family business since 2016, currently in the role of service centre team leader at Den Ouden GrowSolutions. “I am proud of the company, it is special how the company has grown into what it is today.”
